About the role
- Should be a subject matter expert in the mechanical design of construction machinery/ Mining vehicles/ On-Road Heavy vehicles. 2. Significant experience with Backhoe Loader design, development, and the complete product life cycle. 3. Understanding of material selection, machine mechanics, & force calculations. Application knowledge for earthmoving works for the backhoe. 4. Professional should be able to lead and execute basic development project using basic design skills, benchmarking & innovation. 5. Machine Design integration with good knowledge of complete Engine system design, Hydraulic system design, Structures & Transmission for the loader. 6. Complete product life cycle exposure of one backhoe loader development. 7. Technically sound for handling field concerns and supporting training. 8. Should have led and worked on Cost reduction drives for backhoe loader. 9. Should be aware of homologation and compliance requirements as per CMVR. 10. Good project management skills, led NPD function for the product group. Experience: 20+ Years Note: Kindly, apply those candidates who have current/prior experience in R&D Backhoe loader. .
