Electrical Engineer - Process & Quality

Industry: Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing (Cables & Wires) Location: Pilkhuwa, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 2 to 3 Years CTC: 5-6 LPA Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Job Summary Company is hiring Electrical Engineers for its Process & Quality team at the Pilkhuwa manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in high-precision aerospace and defence manufacturing. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and improve cable and wire manufacturing processes. - Carry out in-process and final quality inspections. - Perform electrical testing using standard test equipment. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and process documentation. - Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. - Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records. - Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve process issues. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Follow all safety and quality guidelines. Required Skills - Strong fundamentals of Electrical Engineering. - Basic understanding of Process Engineering and Quality Control. - Knowledge of electrical testing instruments and measuring equipment. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Eligibility - B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. - Candidates with internship or project experience in manufacturing will be preferred.
