Where they operate: Primarily in Mumbai (Powai, Bandra) with plans to expand further. Founders: Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta. What Truva Offers / Whats Unique Handpicked homes: properties that are renovated, legally cleared, quality-audited. Transparent, fair pricing: uses data & proprietary tech (TruIQ engine) to price homes fairly. Added features for buyers: natural light scores, noise ratings, 3D tours, high-quality visual media. End-to-end support: helping with financing, paperwork, legal clearances. They aim to remove or reduce friction & uncertainty. Speed: claims much faster process than average. For example, average time to sell a home via Truva is ~19 days vs ~9 months in the general market. Funding, Growth & Position Raised US $3 million ( 2530 crore) in seed funding. Lead investor: Stellaris Venture Partners, plus angel investors including people like Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori, Lalit Keshre, etc. Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Valuations Analyst to drive pricing intelligence and market insights. You will play a key role in building data-backed valuation models and powering Truvas intelligence layer (TruIQ). Key Responsibilities Analyze real estate market data to derive pricing and valuation insights Enhance and refine pricing/valuation models using structured datasets Maintain and manage large datasets for trend analysis and decision-making Collect and map unit-level property data for analytics and intelligence systems Work on both field data collection and desk-based analysis Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and usability Identify market trends, anomalies, and investment signals Candidate Profile 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Valuation / Real Estate Analytics Background in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or Finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with large datasets and structured data systems High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Strong communication and structured thinking Preferred Skills Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level) SQL / Python (good to have) Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of real estate market dynamics Experience in pricing models or valuation frameworks .
