About the job We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic fresher to join our software development team as an Assistant Software Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web technologies, a willingness to learn modern development frameworks, and an interest in building scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS and modern JavaScript. Assist in both frontend and backend development activities. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Participate in application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and project teams. Work with REST APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and development trends. Required Skills Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React JS. Basic understanding of frontend and backend development concepts. Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend frameworks is an advantage. Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Git/version control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Internship or academic project experience in web development. Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or cloud platforms is an added advantage. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Certification in MERN stack. Exposure to AI assisted coding Education and Experience: B.Tech/B.E.
