About the role
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience - Strong expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules: - ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) - ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) - ITAM / SAM - IRM / GRC (preferred) - HRSD / CSM (good to have) - Robust scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and CMDB - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model - Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/IRM, etc)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Nice to Have - Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform performance tuning - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) - Experience in global enterprise environments immedidate joiner /serving Location: Mumbai,Bengaluru,Pune,Gurugram,hydrabad Contact No: 9202551388 .
