About the role
Role Overview 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with Java (8/11+). Demonstrated experience leading teams, technical delivery and strong in solution design. Advanced expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security. Proven experience designing and delivering microservices architectures at scale. Deep understanding of REST, API design, OAuth, event-driven patterns. Must Hands-on GCP experience - preferably across multiple services (GKE/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Strong foundation in relational & NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging. Expertise in unit/integration testing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid grasp of distributed systems, resilience, performance, and security. Good to have Snowflake exposure.
