Urgent hiring for | BIg4 service now developer ITSM/CSM Custom app + Now assist/ immediate joiner /serving Mandatory Skills & Exp 3 to 6 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of handson ServiceNow experience. Strong expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) ITAM / SAM IRM / GRC (preferred) HRSD / CSM (good to have) Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes. Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts. Handson experience with ServiceNow integrations and CMDB. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/IRM, etc.) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Nice to Have Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform performance tuning.
