MES Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MES Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an MES Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production efficiency and quality. Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to improve manufacturing processes and productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with other systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize downtime Develop and maintain documentation for MES processes and procedures Provide training and support to end-users on MES functionality Stay up-to-date with the latest MES technologies and industry trends Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in MES implementation and support Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and their applications Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and SQL Experience with database management and industrial automation systems Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems Knowledge of ERP integration with MES Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Industry 4.0 concepts Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities MES-specific certifications (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware) preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
