Tech Support Executive

Customer support executives work to troubleshoot issues reported by existing customers. The role of customer support is to influence all the customer experiences with the company to enact positive results. This may include the auditing of support issues to determine how Contus could serve the customers. In this function the executives will assist the customers on the products and services, and follow-up the existing customers to source new opportunities.
