About the role
Responsibilities: Create and execute test plans/cases for web, mobile, and desktop apps.Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and UAT testing.Conduct cross-browser/platform testing and maintain test scenarios; track and prioritize defects using tools like Jira/ClickUp.Collaborate with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and verify fixes.Perform API testing (Postman), basic SQL validation, and prepare QA documentation.Support UAT, release testing, and production validation.Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices. Requirements: 3-4 years of manual testing experience.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle.Experience writing test plans/cases across web and mobile.Familiarity with Jira/ClickUp, Postman, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML.Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Good to Have: Basic automation exposure (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright; Java preferred).Knowledge of performance and security testing.Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based apps.
