About the role
As a Partner / Director in the Cybersecurity Practice, your role involves leading the team to build and scale the Cybersecurity Practice. You will be responsible for driving the Go-To-Market strategy, generating enterprise business, and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include designing cybersecurity solutions, architecting solutions for multi-cloud environments, building partnerships and alliances, leading project delivery, and hiring and mentoring cybersecurity talent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for expanding the Firm's cybersecurity footprint across industry verticals. - Actively represent the Firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility and lead thought leadership initiatives. - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. - Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders to understand their business challenges and position the Firm's services effectively. - Refine service offerings aligned with emerging market trends like AI Security and Multi-Cloud environments. - Provide technical expertise to clients and develop service solutions across various cybersecurity domains. - Independently lead the architecture of complex cybersecurity solutions for clients to address specific risk profiles. - Build and manage partnerships with leading cybersecurity technology OEMs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing strategic inputs on cybersecurity challenges. - Lead project delivery by defining timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring quality deliverables as per client expectations. - Play a pivotal role in interviewing and hiring top-tier technical cybersecurity talent. - Mentor and coach a team of technical professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - 14+ years of experience in Cybersecurity. - Strong expertise in Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), and AI Security. - Experience in techno-commercial solutioning and RFP responses. - Hands-on understanding of tools like Kali, Burp Suite, and Nessus. - Proven experience in closing enterprise deals.
