About the role
Job Requirements Design, implement, and enhance SN ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management, AIOps). Configure and manage CMDB, and implement discovery schedules, patterns, and probes across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud). Create Business Services maps using Service Mapping, and integrate Event Management with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Implement CMDB Health Dashboard and drive initiatives for completeness, correctness, and compliance. Certifications CSA/Discovery/ Service Mapping/ Event Management.
