About the Opportunity Our client, a fast-growing technology-driven organization, is expanding its Data Platform Operations team and seeking a Snowflake Platform Operations Associate/Analyst to support mission-critical data environments. You will work closely with senior engineering teams while gaining hands-on exposure to modern data platforms and emerging AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1L2 operational support for Snowflake environments and data pipelines - Manage user provisioning, access controls, and environment administration - Execute incident resolution procedures, monitoring, and system health checks - Assist with basic Snowflake data modeling under senior guidance - Support GenAI (Cortex) operations, including prompt execution and monitoring - Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and track resolution - Maintain operational documentation and ensure SLA adherence Requirements - 14 years of experience in data platform or operations support - Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake fundamentals - Exposure to ETL workflows; Python knowledge is a plus - Familiarity with GenAI/LLM concepts and willingness to learn advanced Snowflake Cortex capabilities - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work in a structured, SLA-driven setting Whats in It for You - Compensation: 2027 LPA (competitive and aligned with experience) - Clear pathway into advanced Data Engineering and Platform roles - Exposure .
