Lead Test Engineer

LEAD TEST ENGINEER – SYSTEM BRING-UP & QUALIFICATION Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Join our Aerospace & Defence engineering team and play a key role in bringing mission-critical electronic systems from design to qualification and customer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze complex Digital, RF & Mixed-Signal electronic circuits Schematic review, board bring-up and hardware troubleshooting System integration, debugging and performance validation Develop and execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) Conduct power supply characterization and functional testing Plan and execute Environmental, EMI/EMC and Qualification Testing Support customer demonstrations, acceptance testing and product certification Experience With Standards Such As MIL-STD-810 – Environmental Testing MIL-STD-461 – EMI/EMC Compliance MIL-STD-704 – Aircraft Electrical Power Characteristics (desirable) MIL-STD-1275 – Vehicle Power Interface (desirable) DO-160 – Environmental Conditions & Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment (desirable for aerospace projects) Defence/Aerospace qualification, ATP and customer acceptance processes We're Looking For Strong technical foundation in hardware validation and system qualification Proven experience in board bring-up, fault isolation and system-level troubleshooting Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams Excellent project planning and execution skills Positive attitude, ownership mindset and commitment to delivering mission-critical systems on schedule If you're passionate about building reliable systems for Aerospace & Defence and enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, we'd like to hear from you.
