About the role
About the program This 3 month Industry Oriented Training Internship Program is designed to help students gain practical skills, real world exposure, and career readiness under the guidance of experienced industry mentors. During the first month, students undergo intensive industrial training through mentor led sessions focused on industry relevant concepts, tools, and technologies. The second month consists of a structured internship where students work on two hands on projects: an individual minor project and a collaborative major group project, enabling them to apply their learning in real world scenarios. In the third month, students enter the Career Unlock Mode, which focuses on employability enhancement through resume building, mock interviews, group discussions, personal branding sessions, and placement preparation activities. Participants receive industry mentorship, continuous support, practical project experience, and certifications upon successful completion of the program. The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, helping students develop technical expertise, professional skills, and confidence required for successful career opportunities.
