What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Owner – Customer Mobile Applications within our International Vehicle Payments division. This position falls under our International Vehicles Payments line of business and is located in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will help shape the future of Corpay's customer mobile applications by translating product strategy into actionable development priorities. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact mobile experiences that improve customer outcomes, drive adoption, and support fleet operations across multiple European markets. You will report directly to the Senior Product Manager and regularly collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Quality Assurance, Analytics, Customer Success, Commercial teams, and other Product Owners ​ How We Work

Role Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Senior Product Manager to translating product vision, business objectives, and KPIs into a clear, prioritized product backlog and sprint goals Owning and continuously refining the product backlog to maximize customer value and align with business priorities Writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring work is clearly understood by delivery teams Working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Quality Assurance teams to refining requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring high-quality feature delivery Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Reviewing completed work and accepting delivered functionality to ensuring it meets acceptance criteria and customer expectations Championing customer needs by gathering feedback from business stakeholders and customer-facing teams while using analytics and usability testing to validating product decisions Supporting product discovery activities by breaking down initiatives into deliverable increments and contributing to ideation, problem-solving, and solution refinement Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment across product teams Working with Engineering and Analytics teams to implementing product tracking that measures feature performance and contribution to product KPIs Delivering incremental product improvements that contribute to measurable business and customer outcomes Supporting go-to-market activities by ensuring features are release-ready, documented, and aligned with launch plans Communicating delivery progress, sprint outcomes, demonstrations, and upcoming priorities to stakeholders Monitoring customer behavior, market trends, and competitor products to identifying opportunities for continuous product improvement

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Product Owner experience delivering mobile applications within Agile environments Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs from discovery through delivery Strong experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Design Thinking, and iterative product delivery practices Knowledge of mobile applications, digital products, payment products, and customer-facing digital tools Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive prioritization and continuous product improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and managing cross-functional dependencies Passion for customer-centric product development and solving complex business problems Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field preferred

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is 1 000 000 CZK – 1 080 000 CZK gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
