About the role
You are a Workday integration expert responsible for providing support for the Workday Application. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday integrations and/or support, you have expertise in HCH, Absence, Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits modules. Your role includes working with Reporting, Workday studio, Core connectors, and EIB. You possess a strong understanding of XML, XSLT, Webservices, APIs, and reports utilizing BIRT. Your experience involves participating in projects that encompass multiple systems, addressing technical and functional issues. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial for solution deployments, enhancements, and support matters. You work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday changes into downstream applications. Supporting the HR team, you troubleshoot and maintain downstream integrations. Daily tasks include resolving Workday HCM and Reporting issues promptly. Preferred qualifications include an understanding of one or more modules such as Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits. - UG Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Computers - PG Qualification: Any Post Graduate in Any Specialization - Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required - None You are a Workday integration expert responsible for providing support for the Workday Application.
