JOB SUMMARY: The QA Automation Engineer is a key member of the Product Development team that brings a keen focus on quality and user experience, problem solving skills, and automation expertise into every aspect of our software development and delivery process. They identify and define process improvements, perform product testing, continuously improve quality, and ensure software testing best practices are used. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop test strategies for recent system functionality. - Introduce and support use of automation tools and frameworks as needed for successful delivery. - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams, in an Agile/SCRUM environment, to develop a comprehensive set of tests. - Implement automated tests for both functional testing (new functionality) and regression testing (existing functionality). - Assist with manual and exploratory testing as needed for successful delivery. - Analyze failed tests, produce reports, and manage defe .
