Job Description: AEM Admin & DevOps Location: Chennai Experience: 4 to 8 Years Position Type: Full-time We are looking for a talented and experienced AEM Admin & DevOps to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience, with a strong focus on AEM Administration and hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline management. You will play a crucial role in managing AEM operations, optimizing processes, and supporting the integration of DevOps tools with AEM. Key Responsibilities: AEM Administration: Manage and monitor Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) instances, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability. AEM Operations: Responsible for troubleshooting, patching, and resolving operational issues with AEM servers, workflows, and instances. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM applications, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes. DevOps Integration: Work on integrating DevOps tools and automation scripts with AEM to streamline the development, testing, and deployment processes. Configuration Management: Oversee the configuration and optimization of AEM, ensuring security, performance, and compliance requirements are met. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor AEM environments for issues, ensure logs and metrics are captured, and quickly address production issues. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure AEM environments are aligned with development goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an AEM Admin with expertise in configuring, managing, and maintaining AEM environments. Strong experience in AEM Operations, including performance tuning, server maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for AEM applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Experience integrating DevOps tools (such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet) with AEM to enhance automation and efficiency. Good understanding of AEM architecture and AEM Dispatcher configuration for optimized performance. Hands-on experience with version control and build tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AEM DevOps Admin roles will be highly preferred. Certification in AEM or related technologies. Knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment strategies for AEM solutions.
