3–5 years of experience in data science roles.
Prior experience in BFSI sector (Banking/Insurance/Fintech) is mandatory.
Proven record in credit risk, fraud analytics, or customer analytics is a plus.
Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights.
Build predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn analysis, etc.
Develop and validate statistical and ML models in compliance with BFSI regulatory norms (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9).
Work closely with risk, compliance, and business teams to translate data insights into actionable decisions.
Present findings and dashboards to senior management using visualization tools.
Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage throughout the analytics lifecycle
