As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a key focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) practices. You will work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to optimize ServiceNow capabilities and ensure smooth service operations. Mandatory Requirements: Solid experience and solid understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes and principles. Proficiency in developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components like Service Catalog, Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Secondary Skills (Preferred Knowledge in at least 1 of the Following Modules): HAM (Hardware Asset Management): Experience in configuring and customizing the Hardware Asset Management module, managing the lifecycle of IT assets. SAM (Software Asset Management): Knowledge and hands-on experience with managing software assets, including licensing and compliance tracking, within ServiceNow. CMDB (Configuration Management Database): Familiarity with CMDB and its integration into ITSM processes, ensuring accurate tracking of configuration items (CIs) and their relationships. Discovery: Experience in integrating ServiceNow Discovery with the IT infrastructure to automate asset discovery and management. Integrations: Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, monitoring tools, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and effective service management processes. Epro (Enterprise Procurement): Understanding of Enterprise Procurement processes and its integration with ServiceNow .
