UX Design-4+ Years

Hands-on wireframing and prototyping abilities - Advanced level of proficiency

Prior experience working / contributing to Design Systems - Good to have

Experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams.

Written and verbal communication skills demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional partners - Advanced proficiency

Ability to support one or more products simultaneously - Must have

Experience working as part of Agile teams - Good to have

Required Skills:-

Four-year degree in Design, Tech and other equivalent degrees

Specialization in Design - Good to have

Minimum 4+ years of experience

Hands-on experience working on UX Design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro

Experience in Lean UX Research methods

Has prior experience working in the retail domain is a plus

Ability to successfully work in a team environment and to respond to business objectives with creative, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions

Knowledge of product development processes
