Applied AI Scientist Agentic Systems

As an Applied AI Scientist at our company, you will be responsible for designing and deploying next-generation AI systems with a focus on large language models, voice, and multimodal capabilities. Your role will involve hands-on product development, where you will work on creating agent-based systems to address real-world business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy AI agents across various platforms such as chat, voice, and multimodal interfaces - Develop and optimize agent workflows using LLMs, memory, and state management tools - Construct end-to-end conversational systems including chat agents and real-time voice agents - Implement voice pipelines including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, turn-taking, and interruptions - Work on multilingual systems with a focus on optimizing performance for Indian languages - Build intelligent workflow automation systems driven by AI agents - Develop task execution systems based on agents capable of planning, action, and validation - Create AI-driven systems for content generation, campaign automation, and user engagement - Design persona-based AI systems to personalize interactions and outcomes - Implement safeguards like moderation, monitoring, and control mechanisms - Improve system reliability by reducing hallucinations and handling edge cases - Enhance observability, logging, and debugging mechanisms for AI behavior in production - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver impactful features Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML or applied AI roles - Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI applications - Experience with conversational systems like chatbots or virtual assistants - Solid understanding of agent architectures and state handling - Experience integrating AI models and APIs into production systems - Familiarity with backend development and system integration - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for real-world AI behavior - Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on product requirements - Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments Preferred Skills: - Experience in building voice-based AI systems or working with speech technologies - Exposure to Indian language NLP or multilingual AI systems - Knowledge of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases - Familiarity with agent orchestration or workflow automation frameworks - Understanding of marketing technology, campaign automation, or customer lifecycle systems - Experience in building personalization or persona-based AI systems - Background in SaaS products with real users and scalability considerations About the Company: Our company offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems with real-world impact.
