Job Description: As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
