About the role
Location: Lake Worth, FL Job Duties and Responsibilities: Engage trading, Market Risk, Finance and other key stakeholders in gathering business requirements for changes relating to New Product implementation, Risk configuration and calculation methods, PnL calculation, and other risk and PnL related items. Produce business requirement documents for functional changes. Perform functional testing. Provide daily support to trading and other main users of Flow Risk. Lead various BAU and migration related projects, liaise with various upstream and downstream teams and ensure projects completion. Spending 15-30% of time doing documentation (JIRA maintenance and BRD) and the rest of the time performing requirement gathering, analysis, testing and coordination/liaise with other groups. Follow established procedure for documentation and provide detailed implementation requirement to the dev team. Work closely with dev and QA team for functional implementation Expected to lead projects independently and see through the project life cycle. Act as SME of Flow Risk to key users of the system. Provide timely daily system support to trading and key user groups, such as Finance and MRM, with regard to the valuation and risk produced from Flow Risk.
