About the role
Location: Lake Worth, FL Job Duties and Responsibilities: Categorizes requirements by creating genuine reports with potential clients and other persons who are relevant and in a position to understand the requirements. Develops, modifies and maintains assigned programs. Monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding. Reviews user requirements and needs for new software and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software developed and/or acquired. Carries out fact finding and program analysis of problems; applies established procedures to bring resolution. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Provides technical advice and support to users. This includes creating ad-hoc reports, data analysis and correction, training and problem solving. The minimum requirement is Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related degree
