Key Responsibilities: - Establish and lead the AI product program function, managing a portfolio of products, platforms, and initiatives - Drive prioritization, capacity planning, sprint cadence, and executive reporting - Lead the POC MVP production pipeline, define success metrics, and write technically sound PRDs - Build QA frameworks across data accuracy, model outputs, and UI flows - Design adoption strategies across various stakeholders and make new partnerships - Define and own the AI/agentic product strategy and roadmap across the Tech & AI portfolio - Ship AI-driven capabilities and define product requirements for multi-agent systems - Input to design agentic UX and define frameworks for agent observability, evaluation, and responsible AI compliance Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech from IITs/NITs or MBA from Tier-1 institute (IIM/ISB/IMT/FMS/SP Jain or equivalent) - 8-10 years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience in actively building and shipping AI/ML or GenAI products end-to-end - Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Graph RAG, agentic systems, and evaluation frameworks - Direct experience with modern AI stacks, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines - Track record of driving adoption and measurable business or policy impact - Preferred experience in climate tech, geospatial/Earth-observation platforms, or public-data systems Additional Company Details: CEEW operates in a dynamic environment, requiring flexibility in undertaking a variety of tasks.
