At CountAI, we are building a scalable and robust operating system for our business. As we grow, our processes span procurement, inventory, assembly, production, quality control, shipping, service, and finance. While we have previously developed an in-house ERP, we have decided to adopt ERPNext because it incorporates years of industry best practices and provides a strong open-source foundation. We are looking for an experienced ERPNext implementation expert who can help us design and implement the system in a logical, practical, and sustainable manner. The role is not primarily focused on software development. Our internal engineering team can handle customization, hosting, integrations, and technical development. What we need is someone who can: - Understand our business processes end-to-end - Recommend ERPNext best practices and standard workflows - Simplify processes instead of overcomplicating them - Design a scalable ERP structure that can support future growth - Guide module implementation across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, quality, shipping, finance, and service - Help define master data, approvals, reports, KPIs, and operating procedures - Train teams and drive user adoption - Ensure that ERP implementation improves operational discipline rather than becoming an administrative burden Ideal Candidate - Hands-on experience implementing ERPNext in manufacturing organizations - Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, production, procurement, and quality processes - Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend simpler alternatives - Experience managing ERP rollouts from process mapping through go-live - Comfortable working alongside an internal software engineering team Success Criteria The goal is not merely to deploy ERPNext. The goal is to build a simple, scalable, and reliable business operating system that helps CountAI run more efficiently as we grow. Compensation: 546,293.21 - 2,011,440.95 per year Perks - Cell phone reimbursement - Adaptable schedule - Food provided Work Location: In person At CountAI, we are building a scalable and robust operating system for our business.
