What You ll Do As a Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and strategic vision for team-wide initiatives, driving long-term architectural scalability and innovation. You will help scale our Coupa platforms as we expand and find the right balance between the power of a consolidated codebase and the flexibility of microservices. You will collaborate with Product and Development teams to lead the building of new features and find creative and elegant solutions to complex problems. You will drive team enablement through formal mentorship of junior engineers and effective delegation, breaking down information systematically. What You Will Bring to Coupa 7+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails Proven track record of technical leadership and managing complex project lifecycles. Experience in creating frameworks or processes that improve long-term system stability and prevent technical debt. Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills Experience building REST APIs and microservices Good understanding of common design patterns Experience with React. js (or similar JavaScript framework) and CSS MySQL and general database knowledge, including performance and optimization Experience with technical mentoring or teaching others Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
