Technical Project Manager BSS/OSS

This role involves end-to-end project ownership and delivery of large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programmes Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams of up to 50 members, managing detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation across the full lifecycle from requirements to rollout The position requires a strong technical grounding in telecom systems such as Billing, CRM, and Order Management, alongside expertise in governance, RAID management, and multi-vendor coordination A successful candidate will drive technical discussions with architects, manage intensive client interactions at the executive level, and ensure quality through rigorous SIT/UAT readiness and release planning
