About the role
Business Intelligence (BI) Manager / Lead Location: Remote (U.S. Business Hours) Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery Team Management: Lead and mentor of an offshore BI team; ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution Data Integrity: Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations Required Qualifications 8+ years in BI, analytics, or data management roles 3+ years in a leadership or managerial BI position Solid project management experience in data/BI initiatives Proven Tableau expertise (hands-on dashboard development and optimization) High SQL proficiency (complex joins, transformations) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, templates) Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance Strong Business Requirements Documentation skills Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field High English proficiency (reading, writing, communication) Preferred Qualifications Tableau certifications Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouse platforms Background in financial or sales data analytics Familiarity with Agile project methodologies .
