About the role
Role & responsibilities We are looking for the Oracle Fusion HCM technical profile with 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BIP, and OTBI. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 612 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical in implementation or maintenance. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in- Talent management, Absence Mgmt, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, Compensation. Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking. Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL. (Mandatory) Robust configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills. Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities. Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred candidate profile .
