DevOps Engineer

Cloud Lead Experience: 10+ Years Location: Noida Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Cloud Lead with deep expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, DevOps, and large-scale distributed systems. The ideal candidate will lead cloud infrastructure initiatives, drive containerization and automation strategies, and support highly available, secure, and scalable production environments across on-prem and cloud platforms. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills along with leadership capabilities to guide teams, design architectures, and troubleshoot complex production issues. Must-Have Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Linux/Unix , Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) , DevOps , and Containers 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (control plane, data plane, on-prem and cloud deployments) Strong expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation using Python Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Consul , and Helm charts Kubernetes monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Fluentbit , or similar tools Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security across on-prem and cloud environments Experience with API Gateways (Kong preferred), Kafka , and event-driven microservices Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell Good understanding of REST and gRPC Exposure to GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE practices Good to Have Experience managing distributed or multi-region Kubernetes clusters Exposure to VMware virtualization and Tanzu Experience with container security (image scanning, pod security, network policies) Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking, firewall rules, and storage concepts Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production infrastructure issues What You'll Do Lead cloud and Kubernetes platform architecture and implementation Design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform and scripting Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of platforms Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices and production readiness
