Senior Hardware Engineer

Job Title: Senior Schematic Engineer Job Type: Full-time Location: Puducherry, Tamil Nadu 605013 Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Schematic Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-speed schematic design, PCB bring-up, debugging, and end-to-end product development. This role involves working on advanced hardware platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality products from requirement capture through mass production. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of high-speed schematic design and ability to handle end-to-end product development from requirement capture to mass production/board bring-up. Working knowledge of RF design is a plus. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as ARM processors, FPGAs, and controllers from Xilinx, NXP, Microchip, etc. Strong knowledge and experience with high-speed interfaces like PCIe, DDR4, 1G/10G optical/electrical, USB 3.0, MIPI, and low-speed interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, etc. Knowledge of modern communication projects and networking is an advantage. Ability to guide the layout team on PCB design requirements, review stack-up, layout, and SI/PI simulation results. Ability to work with mechanical and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and deliver quality products. Ability to prepare technical documents such as Engineering Specifications, Bring-up Plans, Testing, and Validation Reports. Hands-on experience with Digital Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Function Generators. Knowledge of spectrum analyzers and SMD soldering is an advantage. Strong knowledge of PCB bring-up, debugging, and ability to guide the team in these activities.
