We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven Data Analyst to convert recruitment data into meaningful business insights. Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and AI-powered productivity tools. The ideal candidate will analyze recruitment data, automate reporting, build dashboards, identify trends, and support leadership with data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze recruitment and business data. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Develop executive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Analyze recruiter performance, sourcing effectiveness, client delivery metrics, and recruitment KPIs. Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks. Create visual reports and automate reporting processes. Build recruiter scorecards and productivity trackers. Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve reporting and workflow automation. Identify hiring trends and provide recommendations to improve recruiter productivity. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and maintain reporting documentation. Certifications in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Data Analytics are an added advantage. Internship Program Overview Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of 10,000 during the 3-month internship and training period. Upon successful completion and meeting performance expectations, candidates will transition into a Full-Time US Recruiter role with an Annual CTC of 2,53,200 , along with PF, ESIC benefits (as per company policy), and long-term career growth opportunities. Preferred Experience 0 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Executive, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst. Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Analytics, or Workforce Management is preferred. Experience with recruitment KPIs and ATS platforms is an added advantage.
