Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Brand Design Manager, UI/UX Specialist. The role involves leading brand design initiatives, developing and maintaining brand guidelines, and ensuring visual consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and technology teams to create user-centered UI/UX designs, conducting design reviews, and managing end-to-end design workflows. The Brand Design Manager will oversee packaging and visual design projects, translate brand strategy into compelling design systems, and mentor designers to maintain high-quality execution. The role also includes presenting concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to align with business and user needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Brand Design and Visual Design to create cohesive, differentiated brand identities across multiple platforms. Experience in Brand Strategy and Design Management to define brand positioning and oversee design processes and teams. Proficiency in Packaging Design to translate brand concepts into effective, market-ready physical and digital packaging solutions. Ability to bridge brand design with UI/UX, including experience in designing user interfaces, user flows, and interaction patterns.
