As Director – Agentic AI & Enterprise Transformation , you will lead the design, adoption, and scaling of Generative AI and Agentic AI ecosystems for our most strategic clients. This role blends CxO advisory, hands-on architecture, and practice-building leadership , ensuring AI delivers real, measurable business outcomes across industries. Experience & Expertise 18+ years in IT & architecture with progression from hands-on engineering (Java/.NET preferred) 5+ years in AI/ML , including 1+ year in Generative & Agentic AI Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration Model fine-tuning experience: SFT, RLHF, LoRA / QLoRA Architect-level expertise in at least two hyperscalers : AWS, Azure, GCP Enterprise Leadership Proven CxO advisory experience with Fortune 500 clients Strong background in MLOps / LLMOps , AI cost governance, compliance Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, Responsible AI practices Demonstrated success in mentoring teams and building AI practices Good to Have Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in Agentic AI or LLMOps Conference speaking, panels, or recognized thought leadership Deep domain expertise in one or more industry verticals Experience with AgentOps, AI observability, model evaluation frameworks To learn more about this role, connect with us at [HIDDEN TEXT].
