RPA Developer – Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and intelligent automation. Proven experience working with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or equivalent tools. Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Exposure to AI/ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI (GenAI)-based automation is highly preferred. Experience in US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes is a strong advantage.
