RPA Developer – Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and intelligent automation. Proven experience working with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or equivalent tools. Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Exposure to AI/ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI (GenAI)-based automation is highly preferred. Experience in US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes is a strong advantage. Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize automation processes. Strategic Impact Drive AI-powered, end-to-end automation across Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. Improve operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and business productivity. Enable RPA bots to function as execution engines for AI and Agentic AI solutions. Contribute to building scalable, secure, and future-ready intelligent automation platforms.
