Job Description: We are looking for an accomplished LSA Certified Pega Architect with proven expertise in architecting and developin genterprise-scale Pega applications. The role involves leading solution design, mentoring development teams, enforcin gPega best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions . SKILLS & EXPERIEN CEEssential Technical Qualificatio n: • Mandatory - Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) (both Part 1 & 2)• Overall, 8 to 9 years and 7+ years relevant Pega experience and at least 3-5 Pega projects implementati on.• Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions in large-scale enterpr iseenvironmen ts.• Experience in the banking and financial services domain, including project delivery and client handli ng.• Demonstrated experience in independently leading and owning deliverabl es.• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellati on.• Proven experience in Customer Service framework implementatio ns.• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and capabiliti es.• Experience in solutions development on Pega using Pega forms, workflows, data models, layer ca ke,integration and Pega mobili ty.• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, codi ng,integration, implementation, and deployment within Pega environmen ts.• Strong understanding of Case management concepts, Activities, Flows, SSO Integrations, Connectors, Servi cesand Data Interactio ns.• Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC. Pega application upgrade experience from Pega 4/5/6/7 to Pega 8.• Experience of integrating Pega with other Technology Platfor ms.• Demonstrates excellent customer interaction abilities and strong verbal and written communication skil ls.• Experience with building security first solutions, authorisation, identity, encryption, authentication, OWA SP,SSOA and RB AC.• Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologi es.
