Pega User Experience Designer

You are a Pega UX Designer with Constellation experience, driven by the passion to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your role involves taking ownership of UX initiatives end-to-end, ensuring design excellence, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers to enhance the overall quality of UX practice within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UX design process on multiple projects, focusing on user-centered and high-quality outcomes. - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to comprehend user needs and translate business requirements into clear design solutions. - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations. - Analyze research findings to create personas, user journeys, experience maps, and design recommendations. - Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity. - Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligning with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and design systems. - Advocate for mobile-first and responsive design best practices. - Validate designs through usability testing, incorporating user feedback and data into iterations. - Work with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs. - Contribute to establishing and evolving UX standards, patterns, and design systems. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers through constructive feedback and design direction. - Stay updated on the latest UX, UI, and interaction design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Experience: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications. - Pega Constellation Experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator, CC, XD), Sketch, Invision, UXPin. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Basic or intermediate level experience in HTML5, CSS3 is desirable. - Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. - Passion for UX, design, and innovation. - Excellent time management and work ethics. - Extensive experience in applying UX design best practices, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Preferred Qualifications: - Visual Communication skills to understand user preferences and perceptions effectively. - Experience with accessibility standards like WCAG. - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. - Educational background in BFA, MFA, B.E., B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), M.
