Product Head for Data, Analytics and Platform - Director/Sr.Director

Role Overview: You will lead the strategic development and execution of data platform initiatives at Credit Saison India. Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, setting OKRs, and ensuring successful program execution to drive the product roadmap. Collaborating with technical teams, you will integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities into scalable data platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the strategic direction for data platforms, aligning technical initiatives with business goals. - Set clear OKRs for data platform development, ensuring alignment across all teams. - Establish and enforce standards for planning, project management, execution, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time analytics architectures. - Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Platform, and AI teams for seamless integration of machine learning models and AI technologies. - Set high standards for project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget using Agile methodologies. - Ensure thorough documentation of technical processes, product specifications, and architectural decisions. - Implement strong data governance and security protocols to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. - Develop key performance metrics to assess the success of data products and drive continuous improvement. - Mentor and lead product managers and technical teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence. Qualifications: - BTech and/or MBA from top-tier colleges (e.g., IITs, NITs, ISBs, IIMs, or equivalent). - 10 years of experience in product management, focusing on building data platforms and integrating advanced analytics. - Proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, and familiarity with data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. - Strong background in data architectures, data governance, and real-time data pipelines. - Experience in integrating AI/ML models into data products and driving BI initiatives. - Solid program management expertise with a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule. - Knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience in ensuring compliance with regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and align technical and business stakeholders.
