VP of Engineering

The VP of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of CreditPes operations, including software development, product development, and engineering. They will work closely with the executive team to define and implement technical strategy. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. 2. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage. 3. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. 4. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. 5. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a VP of Engineering or similar leadership role in a SaaS company. 2. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. 3. Understanding of budgets and business-planning. 4. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. 5. Excellent communication skills.
