EAM Consultant

You will be joining Creospan, a tech collective dedicated to offering innovative solutions that drive businesses towards a better future. As an EAM Consultant working remotely, your primary responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to asset management and maintenance operations. - Configuring and supporting Hexagon EAM modules such as Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Procurement. - Designing and implementing EAM solutions in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. - Configuring workflows, user security, business rules, and system settings within Hexagon EAM. - Supporting system integrations with ERP, GIS, SCADA, and other enterprise applications. - Participating in data migration, testing, deployment, and upgrade activities. - Troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing application support. - Developing functional and technical documentation. - Conducting user training sessions and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM). - Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Work Order Management, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Inventory & Materials Management, and Procurement Processes. - Experience with Hexagon EAM configuration, administration, and support. - Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server). - Experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience with Hexagon EAM Cloud implementations and upgrades. - Exposure to Java, JavaScript, XML, and integration technologies. - Experience with reporting and analytics tools. - Knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM) and predictive maintenance concepts. - Experience working in Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, or Facilities Management domains.
