Data Analytics (SAS & AWS)

As an experienced Data & Reporting Technology Professional, your role will involve leading and delivering data-driven solutions for regulatory and financial reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Athena, S3, and QuickSight. - Demonstrating a good understanding of SAS/SQL programs for data analysis, transformation, and reporting. - Migrating SAS programs to AWS reporting tools like Athena, Glue, and QuickSight. - Creating, maintaining, and optimizing SAS datasets, reports, and macros. - Ensuring high-quality data cleaning, validation, and transformation. - Writing, designing, and optimizing SAS codes for efficiency and performance, as well as troubleshooting and debugging SAS programs. - Working with cross-functional and local technology teams for Data integration, Data governance, and data delivery within defined timelines. - Leading or supporting data-related projects end-to-end, providing training & mentorship on SAS & AWS tools, and sharing best practices. - Demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Performing testing and end-to-end documentation of existing programs aligned with client standards and governance. - Staying updated with the latest AWS/SAS tools, techniques, and updates. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong expertise in SAS Programming including Macros, datasets, and PROC-based reporting. - Experience with AWS Glue & Athena for data analytics and transformation. - Knowledge of Banking and trading book products will be an extra advantage and preferred. - Exposure in regulatory reporting will be considered a good-to-have skill.
