Senior Python Developer Lead - 8+ Years - Pune We are hiring an experienced Senior Python Developer – Lead with strong expertise in Python, backend development, microservices, cloud technologies, and Generative AI. We are looking for a technology leader who can build scalable enterprise applications, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to next-generation AI solutions. . Responsibilities – Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications. Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices. Develop automation frameworks and data processing pipelines. Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of production-critical systems. Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver robust technology solutions. Contribute to AI/GenAI-enabled applications, intelligent automation, and LLM- powered solutions. Requirements – 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with enterprise application development expertise. Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable backend applications. Hands-on experience with ETL processes, automation frameworks, and data processing pipelines. Strong cloud expertise on AWS or Azure . Experience integrating Generative AI , LLMs , and AI-powered applications into enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask . Good knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering . Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of System Design, Software Architecture , and production-scale application development. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills. .
