Senior Business Analyst Associate Product Owner -5+Years - Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Gurugram Your Future Employer A global analytics and operations management organization delivering advanced datadriven solutions across banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, utilities, and other regulated industries, helping enterprises improve decisionmaking, operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance. Responsibilities Gather business requirements in collaboration with business users, data architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to create process flows, user stories, and design documentation. Translate stated and implied business needs into data product requirements and detailed functional specifications. Support the Data Product Owner (DPO) across discovery, intake, prioritization, delivery, and adoption of data and governance products. Proactively lead backlog refinement and product advisory sessions in the absence of the DPO. Translate business requirements into Jira user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow/process flows. Create and maintain data product documentation including requirements, specifications, roadmaps, and process flows. Maintain and manage user stories, product documentation, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and communicate roadmap updates and delivery progress. Demonstrate technical fluency while discussing APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies. Support the development of data and analytical solutions including predictive models and algorithms to enable business decisionmaking. Analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Create internal content showcasing data product use cases, quality benchmarks, and business value delivered. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of data products. Candidate Profile 38 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data, analytics, or productfocused environments with exposure to data product ownership, business analysis, and agile delivery frameworks. Skills & Tools Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with handson experience in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Git, Visio, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Technical Understanding Good understanding of APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and dependencies with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Domain Exposure Experience in asset management or the investment industry is preferred. Personal Attributes Highly organized, detailoriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable operating in fastpaced, deliverydriven environments with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
