As an Implementation Architect at a leading global InsurTech organization specializing in workflow automation, digital transformation, and enterprise platform solutions for Property & Casualty insurance clients, your role will involve: - Leading technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and implementation planning for customer engagements. - Defining solution architecture, workflow orchestration, integration patterns, security controls, infrastructure requirements, and data migration strategies. - Acting as the technical subject matter expert for platform capabilities, configuration frameworks, workflows, and enterprise integrations. - Providing architectural leadership to Developers, Configurators, QA Engineers, Integration Teams, and DevOps teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Driving customer architecture reviews, deployment planning, production readiness, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - 12-14 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, workflow automation, or digital transformation programs. - Strong experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain; Commercial Lines and Specialty Insurance experience preferred. - Hands-on expertise in BPMN-based workflow platforms such as Camunda, Flowable, Appian, or similar technologies. - Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, FEEL, Apache Camel, n8n, DevOps practices, enterprise integrations, and data migration.
