Known for its focus on innovation, quality, and motorsport involvement, it serves original equipment manufacturers as well as the replacement tyre market Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product industrialization and prototype trial planning, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Act as the central point of contact for prototype planning, cure cycle management, and coordination across manufacturing plants. Collaborate with plant and R&D teams to support tooling development, NPD/OEM trials, and prototype first-time-right performance. Drive development and standardization of cure systems, process standards, product specifications, and industrialization best practices. Manage new raw material and compound cure-property evaluations to ensure product performance and regulatory compliance. Lead technology, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed-to-market, process efficiency, and complexity management. Oversee prototype compliance, critical prototype certification, audit readiness, and tracking of industrialization requirements across stakeholders. Requirements Strong expertise in tyre manufacturing, product industrialization, and product development processes, with 510 years of experience in the tyre technology domain. Sound knowledge of quality systems and industry standards, including International Automotive Task Force (IATF 16949) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Proficient in digital and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, Power BI, and SAP. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rubber, Polymer, Production, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. .
