We are looking for an experienced AI researcher with a strong publication record, deep expertise in NLP and Generative AI, and hands-on experience building production-scale AI systems. Responsibilities Define and lead the research roadmap for LLMs, Multimodal AI, NLP, and Generative AI, driving innovation across AI initiatives. Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI models, distributed training pipelines, and production-ready inference systems. Architect enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI workflows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate research into scalable production solutions. Publish high-impact research in leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, AAAI, CVPR) and mentor AI scientists and engineers. Drive AI best practices, technical innovation, and strategic direction across enterprise AI platforms. Requirements Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, including 7 years in NLP and Generative AI. Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, Multimodal AI, RAG, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and LoRA, with publications in premier AI conferences preferred. Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, JAX, and building large-scale AI models. Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC, SageMaker, Vertex AI, along with distributed model training and deployment. Strong system design expertise in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent leadership, mentoring, research, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
