Key Responsibilities : Design cast components (CI / SG Iron) using CAD software Develop pattern designs, core boxes, gating & risering systems Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and BOMs Optimise casting designs for defect reduction Coordinate with customers for approvals and modifications Release detailed manufacturing drawings Support product and process improvements Required Skills : Strong knowledge of SolidWorks / CREO / CATIA Understanding of pattern layout & core box design Knowledge of gating and riser systems Basic knowledge of jig & gauge concepts Good command of MS Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
